🍽️ Terms & Conditions

1 Profile Setup (Mandatory)

After login, users must complete all profile details before placing any order:

  • WhatsApp Number
  • Calling Number
  • Location URL
  • Full Address
  • Upload an exterior image of Home/Office/Apartment

Orders cannot be placed without completing these steps.

2 Booking Timings

  • Breakfast & Lunch: Must be booked before 10:30 PM on the previous day.
  • Dinner: Must be booked before 10:00 AM on the delivery day.
  • After the above times, booking through the app is not possible.
  • You may contact the admin via WhatsApp for manual booking (subject to availability).

3 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made before the respective booking cutoff time.
  • No refunds after the cutoff time.
  • Order changes are allowed only within the cancellation window.
  • If you are unavailable to receive the food after the cutoff, you may use the "Cancel Delivery" option.

4 Subscription Policy

  • Subscription packages must be activated before 8 PM on the day before the first delivery.
  • Orders for subscription users are automatically placed every day at 9 PM for the next day.
  • To switch between Veg/Non-Veg, users must first cancel the automatically placed order and then reorder.
  • Minimum wallet balance required for subscription processing: ₹100 or ₹150 (as applicable).
  • Users can add à-la-carte items to automatically placed orders through the Edit option.
  • Edit/Cancel availability depends on standard booking timings.

5 Payment Policy

  • Minimum wallet balance required to start booking: ₹500
  • Each recharge must be a minimum of ₹500, except during your final order, where lower amounts are allowed.
  • Orders cannot be processed if the wallet balance becomes negative; clear dues immediately.

6 Delivery Charges

  • ₹10 delivery charge per meal/breakfast for occasional orders.
  • No extra charge if ordering minimum 3 days/week or 12 days/month.
  • No delivery charge for subscription users or users whose areas are already categorized as chargeable.
  • Free delivery within 5 km.
  • Beyond 5 km, delivery charges depend on distance and meal quantity.

7 Delivery Instructions

  • Delivery personnel are not allowed to go upstairs (home/office/apartment).
  • Customers must come downstairs or authorize security to receive the food.

8 Delivery Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed by 30–45 minutes due to heavy traffic, summer heat, rain, marriages, events, or administrative restrictions.
  • Your patience is appreciated.

9 Delivery Timings

  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Lunch: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Dinner: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM

10 General Rules

  • Do not call delivery persons directly. Contact admin via WhatsApp for any issues.
  • Only Breakfast orders are not allowed – must be combined with Lunch or Dinner.
  • Menu may change last-minute due to market shortages or staff issues.
  • Delivery may be canceled due to major kitchen issues; refunds will be provided.
  • Subscription validity will be extended if the kitchen remains closed.
  • Monthly subscriptions can start any day of the month.
  • No pause option for monthly subscriptions.
  • Customized meal amounts must be ₹100 or above.
  • If choosing Customized/Diet meals (except Spl. Veg/Non-Veg), cancellation charges apply.
  • Subscribers must pay the difference amount for Biryani, Mutton, and Prawn Meals.
  • Minimum 2 Roti/Paratha must be included in every Lunch/Dinner.
  • If you dislike any item or cannot consume the quantity, please edit or remove items before checkout. No refunds afterward.
  • Substitute items may be available for extra charge when an item is unticked.
  • After checkout, you may only edit: Location, Packaging type, Add/remove à-la-carte items, Quantity of à-la-carte items
  • For any other changes, cancel and reorder.
  • Complete edit option is available only for subscription auto-orders.
  • After checkout, the My Orders page opens automatically. Verify your order thoroughly. If there are mistakes, cancel and reorder or contact admin immediately.
  • For special packaging (2/3 CP or 5 CP), contact admin before selecting.

11 Additional Terms for Restaurant-Style Menu

These conditions apply to users ordering restaurant items outside the tiffin plan:

  • Prices may vary based on market conditions and availability.
  • Preparation time may be longer for special restaurant dishes.
  • Some restaurant items may not be available daily.
  • Delivery charges for restaurant items may differ based on quantity, packaging type, and distance.
  • Restaurant items cannot be counted toward weekly or monthly tiffin delivery charge exemptions.
  • Combos, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice.
  • In case of wrong or missing items, users must inform within 15 minutes of delivery with photo proof.
  • No returns or refunds for taste preferences after delivery.
  • For bulk restaurant orders, advance payment is required.
  • Cancellation of restaurant items is allowed only within 10 minutes of ordering unless preparation has already started.

12 Final Declaration

By using this tiffin and restaurant service, customers agree to all the above terms and conditions.

Management reserves the right to update or modify rules at any time.
